The 2^nd interUT symposium, organized by Université de Technologie de Compiègne, Université de Technologie de Troyes and Université de Technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard, and the MSTD Initiative - Mastery of Safe and Sustainable Technological Systems, of the Sorbonne University Alliance, took place on 6 and 7 February 2024, in Jussieu.

The theme of this edition was "Technological Systems, Sustainability and Safety - TS3".

The objective of the symposium was to present the latest research activities as contributions to addressing the necessary transitions due to global warming, taking into account energy consumption, digital transformations, biodiversity conservation and the impact of changes on people's lives. Contributive communications are expected in the fields of Materials, Health, Energy, Future Industry, Transport and Mobility, Bioeconomy, Circular Economy, Artificial Intelligence & Data Sciences...

This second edition was a real success. Below are some key figures:

• including 8 presentations related to MSTD Doctoral and Post Doctoral work

• Presentations were divided into 5 different sessions:

  • Session 2 - Processes and Health
  • Session 3 - Green AI
  • Session 4 - Green Materials
  • Session 5 - Eco-Mobility
